The flu season is now upon us and the first phase of the City of Ottawa’s flu vaccination plan is to provide free flu shots to residents who are:

1. over the age of 65; or
2. living in a long-term care facility.

The upcoming clinic for this week in the City of Ottawa are as follows:

- Saturday, October 24, 2009 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at The Good Companions’ Senior Centre

- Monday, October 26, 2009 from 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Sir Wilfred Laurier Secondary School

- Thursday, October 29, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Sir Guy Carleton Secondary School

- Saturday, October 31, 2009 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Centre Pauline Charron
